All our photography and videography products come with one unrestricted, non-transferable license that allows you to use the photography, videography and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing your company and your product(s) for a term of 99 years (this includes uploading to MLS®). 
Otherwise, all photography and videography remains the intellectual property of Cory Jager. Licenses are not transferable in any form.

The Fine Print

Services Offered

We offer high quality, quick turnaround interior and exterior photography, walk-through videos, virtual tours, and floor plans.

Basic photo package (1-30 photos) – $200 – Recommended for small homes and one-level condos.
Standard photo package (31-70 photos) – $250 – Recommended for most single family homes and townhomes.
Estate photo package (71-120 photos) – $400 – Recommended for most luxury homes and larger estates.

Exterior shots are included in all packages. Reshoots happen when you want us to take new shots of the home exterior because something significant changed about it, and you don’t need a whole new package of interior photos. The price for an Exterior Reshoot is $125

Basic video package (60-90 sec video) – $350 – Recommended for homes under 1500 sq ft
Standard video package (90-120 sec video) – $450 – Recommended for homes under 3500 sq ft
Estate video package (120-180 sec video) – $850 – Recommended for homes over 3500 sq ft

Voiceover – $125 – Make your video stand out with a voiceover.

Virtual Tour Add-On to any Photography Package – $50

Virtual Tour without a Photography Package (up to 2 bedrooms) – $150
Virtual Tour without a Photography Package (3-4 bedrooms) – $200
Virtual Tour without a Photography Package (5 bedrooms and up) – please contact us for a price

2D Basic Floor plan – $20 – Includes total area calculations
2D Standard Floor plan – $30 – Includes total area calculations, fixed furniture
3D Floor plan + 2D Standard Floor plan – $50 – Includes total area calculations, furniture, colors and textures

We provide our services mainly in Calgary. We are happy to travel outside of the Calgary area as well, with an extra travel charge.

48 hr Turnaround Time

You will receive a download link with your photo proofs within 48 hours of the shoot. For videos, this will depend on the scope of your project.

24 hr Cancellation Policy

We will be there on time and out by the agreed time.
If you need to reschedule, we understand. Please give us at least 24 hours notice and we will arrange a new time.
We charge a $100 fee for no-shows / no-calls. As we will respect your valuable time, we ask that you respect ours.

Photo and Video Editing (Real Estate)

Our photo and video services include professional colour correction and lens corrections. This does not include changes to the physical features of the property, which are not allowed on MLS® photos.

Payments

An invoice will be emailed to you upon delivery of the final product. Monthly invoicing is available for regular clients. Payment is due 14 days upon receiving the invoice.

Payments can be made online with most debit / credit cards or using Interac (e-transfer). 4% interest will be automatically charged on past due invoices.
